Punch Card Panic by Quicklyer
A simple homage to Apple II adventure games like Transylvania.
You have the most important program in human history contained in your box of computer punch cards and you must try and navigate a busy office to get them to the punch card computer.
Note: if you lose input focus by switching out of the game, pressing TAB on the keyboard should bring it back (thanks Anudin).

Something happened after I sorted the cards and put them in the punch card computer though - some text scrolled off the screen before I could read most of it, leaving me with a message (won't say what that was as it might be a spoiler). After that I couldn't enter any further commands.
Anyway, it was a great blast from the past and not too much verb guessing involved - well done!
If I had spent more time on it I would have fixed a few things like the "too much text" issue, and worked on a less abrupt ending.
I thought I'd submit it as-is (mostly done) for anyone that might get a nostalgia kick out of it though.
The only thing it's missing for me is the ability to get told off for typing bad words.
Not sure why clicking on the input area doesn't work. Maybe because it's a lower z-order on the page than other elements on top of it. Another thing that would have been nice to fix.
Unfortunately I was only able to "go inside" and "talk to receptionist".
...I suck at these
Well executed though. Definitely a throwback to the old days. Second punch card game I've played for this jam, and so far the best! Well done!
(Well, I did ended up reading the code at one point to guess a verb, but otherwise it's like... how did i ever get into the computer room so easily?... turned out i did just enough...) :)
