E.T. INTO THE ABYSS by Biz Casual Games

[raw]
made by Biz Casual Games for LD29 (JAM)
Remember all of those E.T. videogame cartridges supposedly buried in a New Mexico landfill? That's not what happened. Atari built a lab underground, to find out how to destroy these seemingly impossible to destroy cartridges. We lost contact with that lab. It has laid abandoned for years. What could have happened? Your job is to find out.

E.T. Into the Abyss is a Top Down Dungeon Crawler. It has had huge amounts of inspiration from 1970s-80s videogame culture. It has been created by a two man team: Nikos and Aidan.

YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL UNITY WEB PLAYER TO PLAY

PC / MAC PORTS WILL BE UPLOADED AS SOON AS THEY FINISH UPLOADING TO DROPBOX.

Note: Unfortunately, as of 4/28/14 the game is not fully complete yet. However, it will be finished by 8:00 Tomorrow. We wanted to share what wee came up with over the course of the jam. This was the most ambitious entry we've ever done for Ludum Dare. We hope you enjoy it.

My apologies everyone. It seems that the web version is very difficult to open. I will have the final version compiled for PC and Mac up this weekend. I am sorry for the wait, a huge amount of schools stuff just came up. Thanks for pointing this out to me and I'll get it playable ASAP.

Downloading the unity file and running it on my own computer worked.
You got points for the idea and for ambitions, but the result I see just isn't very interesting. Slow clunky movement, seemingly nothing to do (well OK, maybe I gave up too early...)

Would we be able to play it if you just hosted it on Dropbox instead of Google Drive?

Ohh I love this meta-conspiracy-game!
And it's so on topic now!
Good going...
