The Summoner's Bell by Linear
Deep within the reaches of a far castle, a bell rings, summoning ancient mechanical horrors with its foul knell.
WASD moves, right click to shoot bolts. Pick up keys to unlock doors. Every time the bell sounds, more monsters spawn, so hurry on to the next area before you get overwhelmed! The game is over when you destroy the bell. Sorry there is no "You Win" screen. We ran out of time, and into problems. Enjoy though!
Currently only supporting Windows, although we'll eventually build out for other stuff. To run, just download and extract the .zip, then run the final_build.exe file.
This game may lag your machine unless you're playing it on a desktop. Try launching with a lower resolution if that happens. Also play around with the graphics quality. Or just buy a computer that's not a potato.
Known Bugs:
- Sometimes when you launch the game, it'll freeze for a few seconds. Sometimes it will even freeze forever. Just relaunch it. We don't know why this happens either.
- When you die, the music background track duplicates, which is weird. So you know... don't die.

Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description.
Little machines are fun too kill, and stones are impressive.
I didn't finish though. Maybe it would be good to make the game less random ? Sometimes you are just stuck between little machines and a stone rolling over you !
Congrats :)
