Pug v. Nemo is written in Javascript, using the Phaser game lib.

Arrow keys to swim and dive.
Space to kick torpedoes.
Catch air bubbles to stay alive.

Haha cute. The trick is to swim straight to the bottom, otherwise time you get there you're already out of air.

I think the speed of the projectiles needs a little tweaking - it took me quite a few tries to get the timing right. I like the idea though, and using the oxygen as a health mechanic (rather than a separate health bar) works quite well.

Plus it has a pug in it :)

It's extremely hard! A bit more feedback for when you pick up bubbles would be nice! Interesting game though, I still liked playing it.

Very cute pug. The "torpedos" seem to go at varying speeds and that kind of threw me off. It's easy to beat if you stand close and press space over and over.

Haha, i love the graphics style. If you work beyond Ld, some sound could really give it that last fun step. But overall a great game. keep it up :)

Congrats on your first LD! It's my first too and I also used phaser haha. REally cool game! It was kinda hard to kick on the torpedoes

Pretty fun game mechanics. I like the tennis match, sort of like the Link/Ganon battles in Ocarina of time.

Would have been nice to make the breathing bubbles look more different from the ones that you need to pick up.
