When I started playing, I immediately became frustrated by the enemy bullets that were coming from BEHIND me without any explanation. Even adding a sentence into the story like 'Often the enemy sneaks behind you when you're not looking' would've made it at least bearable. Also, it doesn't seem like you really brought anything new to the table. The music is awesome. Maybe the gameplay is not original but it's a good implementation of a well known formula.
