Frank and Gerald by ming_tea

Meet Sir Gerald.

A knight of the Overworld Temple, he uses his sacred hammer to banish demons to the Underworld. Tough but not so bright.

Meet Frank.

A demonic janitor with a 75-yard field goal, he steps up his efforts to kick out the Underworld's riffraff. The Underworld is a classy kind of evil, you see.

Use left and right to move, press R to restart. Banish demons while running into them. Space moves conversations forward.

I liked how you could play two characters, but I didn't always feel that I was in control of my destiny.

Simple, but the story was funny so I kept playing. Unfortunately, the game is too punishing. I think you should just restart a level when you die.

Good job on the game.

Funny idea. :) Restarting the whole thing from the beginning when you lose on the second part was frustrating though.

Also, pressing space to advance the cutscenes did not seem to work immediately.

Cool use of the theme. The sound glitches out a bit when you send the last to to heaven/hell but otherwise no issues.

Hi there. Like the axe animation while attacking and music, stained glass windows also cool. Don't like the instant death on up-arrow to second level every time... Tried 3 times. Needs a bit of level design tweaking. Couldn't get past that point.
