CONTRABAND CRATE- A game by programmer WolfkingW and artist Teledoor24

Artifacts and technology from various historical civilizations are flooding the black market, and it's your job to make sure these items are packed and shipped off to your shady customers as fast as possible!

INSTRUCTIONS:
Rotate, move, and rearrange to cram historical objects into each crate as you race against the clock! Packing in more items gives you a higher time bonus. When you're ready to send out a shipment, drag the crate lid on top of the crate.

CONTROLS:
Pick Up: Left Mouse
Rotate: A/D or Left/Right Arrow Keys or Right Mouse

Cool, I like the style, but there are few glitches:
- After rotating object by 360 you can't rotate it futher
- On non-landscape resolutions you don't see all the screen.
- Sometimes you can't place an object on tiles, even if there are nothing.

This game looks great. It isnt too complicated and is a cool idea that is very appealing. I enjoyed the uniqueness of this game and how creative it was. Overall it was a very great game. 10/10 would play again.

I got a bit addicted to this one - kept trying over and over! It has a slight bug where the last couple of columns on the right are out behind the edge of the screen so you have to try to remember what you put there, but mostly I put big stuff out to the right so I could see the edges. I think my highest time was 2.13 and about 3 crates! Great game guys.

Nice simple mechanic applied in an addictive way. A couple bugs I noticed:

1) Lots of graphical glitches on Linux Mint 18. Whenever a conveyor belt was moving, the crate and items flickered like crazy. To your game's credit, I kept playing for a few games anyway and made it up to 2:24.

2) Sometimes I would drag the lid onto the crate and it would snap into place, but not send the crate away until I took the lid back off and tried again. Not sure if that was intentional or not, since I didn't get the lid exactly centered.

Really good, and great art! I got to 3:07 on my second try. The only things I noticed that I would have liked:
* a bit clearer what squares the items take up when they're in the box - maybe by darkening the squares that are taken up.
* slightly better feedback when picking up items off the conveyor belt - i.e. a hover effect on the item when my mouse is over it and I'll be able to successfully pick it up.

Nice game! The art is nice and clean and the gameplay is solid. My only problem was that on my screen I couldn't see the whole box, the right edge was off-screen. Overall, nice work!

Nice presentation and solid mechanics. Quite addictive as well. If only there was an automatic highscore system (local or online).

I can confirm the bugs laid out by @blackcode. The most annoying one is the fact that sometimes a tile is reserved by an item next to it, not on it. Eats a few seconds that every time.

Conveyor belts going out of order is an interesting idea, but currently there doesn't seem to be a clear reason for it. It's based on a timer I reckon?

There are also a few small time wasters. Grabbing an item when it is moving on the conveyor belt is finicky. The rotation speed could also be a bit faster.

In the end I managed to get 7.00 sharp (goo.gl/5pLovo). Didn't rotate or rearrange items much, just jamming them in as fast as possible.
