Controlls are a bit clunky, but cool.
The graphics are really good, and I liked the intro!
Good job!
The graphics are great, and the voiceover of the T-rexpresident is just hilarious x)
Well done :)
For some reason, there's no way to restart the game (no keys work) if you flip the island upside down with the glass dome intact, so I had to close the game and relaunch it.
The game is actually pretty basic, but controlling the island's rockets were somewhat confusing at the start.
Often, the glass dome immediately just takes three hits and shatters once I collide with a wall, for some reason. Also, the island always swerves to the right, even though you thought you've balanced the rockets evenly.
It was also a bit difficult to know what was above or beside the island, and once you noticed that there was, the island was flying too fast towards it for you to maneuver around.
There's also a couple of bugs in the game. The first one I already mentioned in the first paragraph; the second one, if the island slides within a corner formed by a normal cloud intersecting with the left or right grey (boundary?) clouds, the island will get stuck, and you have to close and relaunch the game; finally, there are rare occasions where the island will collide with one of the clouds and bounce away with quite a bit of force.
I do have to bring this up: the game is too short. If you had the opportunity, you should've made the level a little longer.
For the game's shortcomings, it's not too bad, and it does provide a bit of challenge. Again, I found the intro amusing.
I loved the idea, and how you used the theme. Everything about this was actually pretty great! Good job!
Well, it was pretty hard to control Arklantis, but not too much so. I'm still debating whether it was a good idea or not to make one thruster more powerful than the other. It seems to me like the center (intended?) path was a bit more difficult than the side paths I chose to pursue. However, even from the beginning, I was thinking the central path was a tad bit unfair.
The graphics are really nice, though. Keep it up!
A good showing for 48 hours. It's clear you planned your time wisely!
