The Screening by Suppagumma
You are tasked with the screening of the best subjects for each mission we'll give you. The cause is the cause. The cause is with you, as long as you are with the cause.
You will have to succeed through 5 random missions with random characters in order to reach the final one.
IMPORTANT: If you get a "Failed to download data file" error while loading the game just refresh the page and it should work.
We would've liked to show visually how each subject's stats/skills are used during missions but we didn't have the time. The engine's logic is that at each "mission event" a specific stat with an extra bonus skill (based on the initial mission requirements) will be needed. The live operative with the highest required values will try the feat, and get an additional bonus based on his mood. There are also other elements in play but that's the basis.

UPDATE:
A) The morning after the jam we fixed these 2 bugs:
- Side panel showing wrong text during missions
- If you won a mission with your last 3 subjects you got a game over instead than the correct 3 new subjects
B) The evening after the jam I actually uploaded the previous fix I mentioned, because I previously uploaded it to the wrong FTP :BBB
C) Moved webplayer link to Game Jolt

An excellent game, by the way, also. Lots of interesting choices to be made. It might have been nice to have the ability to improve subject mood slightly by skipping training, but I imagine that might create an imbalance that I haven't thought of.
You deserve a top 100 with this one
It is a bit arbitrary at first what tests will produce what attribute in your subjects. It's also unclear what chance you have of succeeding with your selected team. These made me feel dis-empowered, as my decisions did not seem to be informed.
Really nice work. The game idea is awesome and there's humour! =D
@Anikki I (Daniele) have a thing with papers so I just love having those papers apart. But that's completely based on personal kink and I agree it would be nice to at least have an additional mini-panel with the mission's required stats.
@KudukuForgiveUs I added a little explanation of how the stats work. It's not as simple as I wrote, but those are the basics :P Sadly we didn't have time to add animations that actually showed that stuff happening visually.
@NickMakesGames Loved your game and your concept. Even if I felt terribly stupid because it took me quite a while to understand how it worked :D
The gameplay is fine too!
Bummer, I wanted to play this.
I wish there was more of an overall goal as a motivation. It felt a little aimless.
It looks and sounds excellent though.
Thanks.
I love the espionage setting and the humor in every description.
Great graphics and the music is just fine, speeding up when field action starts :-)
Very well done! Would like to see these agents in new adventures soon!
