I wanted to play with hexagons and made a kind of turn based rogue like that take only one screen space :)

Enjoy !

should be a way to exit game besides alt-tab out.

I like rogue likes and enjoyed this thx.

You don't have to be close to potions or mobs to interact with them? I can pickup or hit stuff on the other side of the map if I have explored it.

Keep up the good work.

I love hex games. And this one is also very good.
Could use more feedback regarding the actions you take and the consequences you get (Battles, leveling up). But as the mechanics are simple (which is good) it's not that of a problem.

Solid! Some added mechanics and art could be handy for future elaborations.

As a lover of strategy and hexagons this is right up my alley. Some way to exit the game would have been nice ;) I guess it's not a problem if playing in window mode though. Nice concept and implementation!

I love the hexagons! Nice mechanics, would love to see something bigger made of this, as in this state it gets easy pretty quickly. After like 5 floors you just ckick maniacally everything that appears on screen. :D

Great gameplay and interesting take on the genre. I'm a sucker for these kinds of games. The visual style you went with, though minimal, works well.

It could have been more polished (no audio, some bugs, lack of environmental depth), though I'm guessing you ran out of time. It was fun to play for a while, but it could be fun to play for a long time with more content.

Overall: Fun minimalistic gameplay, needs more polish and content.

Could really benefit from some simple visual clues. Life if harder monsters has a more menacing picture, so that you could tell (at a glance) how difficult the monster was.

Easy to play but addicting to do... wow.
Would be great if the enemies get stronger though so you can plan your moves carefully.
I'm not sure if its a bug but you can click on the black spots.

Thanks for your comments !

The "you can click on mobs and potion the other side of the map" and "you can kill stuff on black boxes" is indeed a bug, didn't saw this one :( sorry !

This is very nice! The idea is very neat, and there's definitely room to develop it further!

I found out that it was actually possible to attack, get potions and climb stairs, even though I was not close to the right hexagon.
And once you reach lvl 4, everything is dead in one hit.

If you spend time on tweaking, adding and perfecting the combat system, I think something very cool could come out of this! Oh, and sound! Sound is essential to any great game!

Fantastic concept. Nothing that I haven't seen before, but a great take on the theme. I'd really like to see more development on this. Visual cues, like those mentioned by other players, would go a long way.

Also, not sure if intended, but you can interact with monsters and potions that are not next to you.

Quite fun to play :-) Nice and easy to follow. Needs a bit of sound! Got up to the 11th floor before I got bored.

I didn't get it at first, some instructions would be good. But After a while you get it, and its pretty dang fun. Wish it was a little harder though, and maybe some more complicated decisions. Please expand on this game! Great concept!

Great game, reminds me of Desktop Dungeons. Could have used more fleshing out but great concept nonetheless!

I enjoyed very, very much of this game. But sometimes, the alien takes life more than normal. Some more, some less. I think that the game should have a different pic in this case. A lot of stars for your game!

I loved the hexagonal movement but the roguelike element was abit bland for me. I guess because all of the info was displayed on the right in the unity ui art. This game would be way more fun with different kinds of hexagons and animations with atacking (or more visual feedback). The idea would have potential for a tablet game I believe.

Fun game, but the difficulty doesn't scale so it became too easy (stopped playing at floor 128)

When I first stared, I had no clue what was going on, it's really really cool. Actually, it's AWESOME. I could play it forever.

So easy, yet so effective! I would like some music and different enemies or powerups in further levels (I played until floor 11).

Cool concept, the game is nice disregard that it doesn't seem to get anywhere, nothing seems to change no matter which floor you reach. Otherwise this was pretty good and I would like to see a more polished, full game made of this.

This is a lot of fun, but as others said before it quickly gets too easy. But combined with some awesome graphics and some balancing this would be really addicting.

Thanks everyone for your comments !

For everyone talking about the difficulty, that's a really good point. It's supposed to get harder actually, but I messed up with my number >< I definitively will make a more polished version in the future !

Interesting idea but too easy. I found myself just clicking in random places and the game was playing itself. Hexagons are cool but it always need to have more variety. But good start anyway :)

A good idea, but after some floor, it become too easy and repetitive.
And you can activate potion and ladder from the other side of the map.

It's a great idea, you should continue your game !

That was pretty cool, does remind me a bit of desktop dungeons! Could do with some variations of enemies and a couple of things to spice it up!

By the way: Look at Hoplite if you are into simlar turn based hex games https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.magmafortress.hoplite&hl=en
