Bow Em' Down

Bow Em' Down is a game about accuracy with a bow and arrow. Back in ancient times, a bow was considered the peak of war technology. As it meant that the ability to kill from a distance was hugely expanded.

In Bow Em Down you have to shoot all the red spheres by using as little arrows as possible. This could be by using your super jump (spam space bar and you'll fly) or by shooting two at once. Or just doing trickshots and showing off to your friends.

The goal is search and destroy, find the spheres, destroy them, and find another.

Features

Fully physics based
Account for distance, and judge where you think the arrow will hit
Dev Notes

At the moment there isn't much on the art side of things. This will be updated in a few hours. You can spam space bar to jump as far you can and its a pretty bad exploit, but I'm gonna keep it in because it adds value to the game.

Good job! nice models, the reticle/pointer/dot seemed a bit off, hard to predict where the arrow went, I think the power indicator for the arrow could've been placed a bit more obvious, took me a while to notice it

The reticle is off target, the models are nice, a song would go well, and a sound when you fire the arrow, is just too silent, keep it up.

Nice idea! The main mechanics are good but they need a bit of polish. The crosshair is a lil bit deflected and shooting an arrow is confusing the firsts attemps but they are quite good.
Maybe showing the arrow placed on the bow and animating the rope indicating the tension of it will improve a lot the shoot mechanic. Also with the first steps found difficult to jump until I realise you have infinite jumps.
And just by adding some moving targets the challenge will be more difficult.
Keep it up with the good work!

The models are good and the arrow physics are sharp too. The reticle is not precise so i had to predict a little where the arrow would go. I could not jump the stairs with one jump and eventually discovered that i could fly jumping hahaha.

Simple but nice model exactly what you have to do in a 3D game for the LD ;)
For me it's impossible to aim with this fucking bow (maybe I am not patient enough ^^)

next time try to make a web version, it's annoying when we are trying a lot of games to have to download one :p (but it looked good so...)

Nice little game.
I could not climb those first stairs, the jumping is not high enough for it.
At the end you have to press ESC to get in and out of the menu which was confusing.
The hit sounds were off for me, they were like half a second late.
A little music would have made this even better.
Also: I used 76 of thr 500 arrows :)

Fun little game. It was interesting that you both had to compensate for gravity and the arrow being off centre. Don't forget that figuring out multiple spaces causes the character to fly! Haha, fun to play around with.

Aiming is rather difficult, but it's ok. Sound FX are not too good and some music would suit well too. Otherwise, nice bow physics. I know how frustrating unity physics system can get sometimes. Oh... You shouldn't allow flying when jumping :D

It was fun. Didnt notice the bar on the right for awhile. Dont think the shooting Sound FX suit for the bow but it was fun and graphics and GUI looked good

Models look great and game was fun with some challenge to it. I feel that animations would've made the game look polished eg. Bow pull back and maybe some particle effects when you hit a target. Also the reticle is off or the arrow doesn't quite go center of screen

Graphics is cool)
Jumping in the game works strange...
Need some work and it may be fine little game)
