Sword Arena by Kyatric
Sword Arena is an HTML5 sword fight game made with Construct 2.
Some inspiration comes from the old-school title "Barbarian" (amiga/amstrad/more).
You are a sword fighter who will have to fight opponents, one by one as they arrive to you. How many can you decimate before being taken down ?
Let me know your score on Twitter using the hashtag #SwordArena.
Make sure to use an up to date browser and up to date graphic card drivers.
Prefer Chrome of FireFox to IE.
The game was tested entirely in FireFox through creation. Chrome might have jitter bugs due to a Chrome bug in recent versions.
Left or Right arrows to move the character sideway.
X to attack.
C to guard.
Up or down arrow to give a direction to the attack or guard.
Be sure to leave some feedback, I hope you'll enjoy the game.

There was this old game I had on my Macintosh S.E. called MacNinja. Very similar.
Suggestion: Add a mode for two players, that's be really fun.
And thanks a lot for using x and c for controls as opposed to the often seen x and z. My fingers are very happy about that. :)
Good game overall!
I think a bit more feedback from the opponents would be good, to help you plan your moves a bit.
One thing I though you did really well was create tension, and that helped me use my imagination - each new opponent somehow felt different and threatening
I did encounter a bug when playing. An opponent and I killed each other at almost the exact same time, the next round began, but I had disappeared. Not a big deal, I just thought I'd let you know.
The sounds/music felt a bit repetitive, but fit the gameplay well. The character's graphics were very crude, especially compared to the polished logo, and other on-screen elements. I imagine you planned on changing the character sprites, but ran out of time.
My highest score was 8 opponents.
