Simple "idling movement" in small area will easily make this less exploitable. Overall cool idea, I could see this taken further in a 2d game like this with different kinds of creatures and projectiles, well done."}],"images":["ld32\/28450-21507f3f0e91b0739449ba94f6d9c8b4.jpg"],"links":[{"url":"http:\/\/tornozin.hd.free.fr\/exploring\/","text":"Web"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"12896","g_author":"28450","g_event":"LD32","g_eventkey":"27","g_subevent":"COMPO","g_urlkey":"12926","g_title":"Exploring Time","g_status":"UCHK1","g_place":"99999","g_commentcount":"4","g_site2_node_id":"0","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":[],"node":null,"orig_images":["http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/444368\/28450-shot0-1429484639.png-eq-900-500.jpg"],"text":"Exploring time !\r\nA game where you are an explorer looking for treasures, and you can bend time.\r\n\r\nX rewinds the last enemies movements. Releasing X or waiting for the time bar to be empty makes the enemy to go \"forward\" and to redo the movements you just rewinded.\r\nThe mechanic can be used to pass through the enemies and go to the end of each level.\r\n\r\nThe levels loops so when you go back to the first level it means you \"finished\" the game.\r\n\r\nThe develoment was quite chaotic and I started to develop Saturday at 6pm (CEST) so it is very unpolished...\r\n\r\nI hesitated before posting it... I feel like the concept could be interesting with a good level design, but I am not happy with the execution of it. The bad graphics, the bugs (collision and graphical bugs), and at the end, I don't feel like it is rellay fun to play.\r\n\r\nKnown bugs :\r\n * broken z-index and hitboxes\r\n * game over screen shaking when dying while rewinding\r\n","title":"Exploring Time"}
