Not a bad, yet simple game. It almost felt like the world was completely open, which was cool.

Love is indeed the greatest power of all~!</Corny Comment>

Love how you twist that concept into a powerful weapon. Was fun to form my army, and I caught myself wanting more by the time it was over.

It was an interesting idea. Sometimes when moving the hearts shot in weird directions. I would have like to be able to shoot diagonally aswell. Also there was no indication of score or when the game ends?

Update: I realized I need to install JDK, so it runs now for me. A nice dual-stick shooter. Pretty light on the theme but I did the same thing :). One suggestion would be to allow holding down the shooting keys to shoot continuously. Good progress for 48 hours, my entry is similar and I got about the same amount of functionality...

Combat was bit simplistic, but it's a neat game overall!

@FrozenFire92 - the hearts adopt your velocity and add to it, instead of moving independently. You can shoot diagonally this way, although dedicated diagonal shooting would have been nice to implement. As for the game ending, you have to follow the path and defeat the boss at the end to fulfill the win condition.

Thank you for all the feedback everyone!

It wasn't clear to me why I need the followers to defeat the boss . I liked how the shooting weren't accurate and had some sort of randomness . It was easy though and didn't had replaying value.

A solid game, good mechanics and well paced. Wish there was more!
