Amy and the Magic Hammer by duck
My first Ludum Dare game! Short and simple, but... done, at least!
Running into enemies hurts them and you, shrinking you. If you shrink too small, you die. Hit yourself with the hammer to power up - but don't hit the enemies, or it will power them up. New enemies keep spawning unless you clear all existing enemies from the screen. Then you win.
It's an executable .jar, should run on Windows/Linux/Mac I'm assuming!
Programming: Java + LibGDX
Music: Bosca Ceoil (but done before the jam started)
Audio: Bfxr
Graphics: Photoshop CS2
Enjoy!

Restarted the game a few times by closing it before I realized you could restart with control :P. At first I just stood in a corner whacking myself in the head with the hammer, but then I realized I had to act quickly or the enemies would soon take over.
Red_Fan: yep, I'm trying to pass off my horrible mess of source code as 'programming' ;)
Thanks for being cross-platform! (Linux user here.)
