Our first game jam game ever!

The government offers a deal to a select few. Enter a fight to the death competition and never have to pay taxes again.

Requires two players. Make sure you launch in windowed mode, and select 640x480 as your resolution. I recommend setting it to 'Beautiful,' because there is nothing render heavy.

Note: Most of this was rushed, and there was supposed to be a lot more. Sadly, that didn't happen. More info coming in a Post-Mortem soon!

Selfmade sounds and graphics, nice! ;-) It would be a bit cooler if you get some feedback if you hit the enemy, it took me some time to realise the health bar at the top.

sound effects are missing. because of this I first thought that nothing happens when I hit the other player

Loved the voice over at the beginning! Some more feedback when someone is hit (maybe some knockback too) would be nice.

To those asking about feedback when hitting an enemy, I did have that at one point. The problem was that it was very buggy and I ran out of time before I could fix it, so it had to be pulled from this release.

Missing a few sound effects as other are mentioning. But its a pretty fun little game. It does lack more types of attacks and pressing shift too many time will activate sticky-keys. But still a cool game. Good job!

@RobotHoboDanceParty I totally forgot about sticky keys! I never came across that because I turned it off :/

Ahahah Career Carnage. wow never again to pay taxes. I want to play with my buds. There is no non-windows version though... sad.
