The music is great and the idea is definitely cool. In practice though, it does usually end up with your just standing in front of the enemy waiting for them to die. The dialogue was pretty fun as well.

Nice little game! Bonus points for short game length and win screen :-)

Great music. Loved that hair! When I was done I wanted more levels.

This is pretty interesting, since I can't control my bullet shooting, I'll have to rely on the AI glitch ( or an intended feature ) to move across the level. Quite a number of strategy involved here, would love to see more enemy variation and levels in the future. :)

It has everything! The optimal strategy of keeping the right distance is probably the only weak spot I can think of.

Great idea for a music-driven gameplay mechanic! I think I might have to experiment with/expand on this idea some. Very cool.

I like how you built up the music as the game progressed, and the dialog was fun as well.

Great work!

Great game and the music is awesome. Complete and fun to play. The restarts make it easy to finish and the story keeps you interested.

A bit short and easy, but I do dig the concept. Plus the atmosphere was nice and trippy. A little more meat on the idea and this could be quite the groovy game!

Great music and nice take on the theme. A bit simple and engaging against the enemies was a tad bit boring. I really like the final screen too! Good job!

The game concept and use of the theme is awesome! Also, the good music fits perfect with the game... and your characters are adorable ^_^
Very well done. If you make an expanded version, I would like to play it! :D

Btw, I also played your other game (On Dungeons) and I liked it too. Pretty funny :))

This is pretty neat :) Okay I automatically like any game based on music but still.

Little thoughts:
- A little bit short (just like mine :p )
- I don't know if it is possible to die, but a health indicator would be nice (I understand if it is a conscious choice ^^)
- Nice music :)
- Nice pixel art, there should be more (decoration, furniture...)

Good job.

Level progression was going well. The second to last floor was challenging and took twice to beat. Then the last one just required pressing right and waiting.

This is a great proof of concept with cool music and some fun dialog but would definitely benefit from some more levels and enemy types. Great job, and the ending animation was great.

Short but sweet. I actually found your game pretty easy to understand. You just walk and everything becomes clear.

I might take a look at your code how you made the game synchronise with the music. Nice music by the way.

Short and polished. I love the little details and how they relate to the music (moving of the stage, weapon shooting at the perfect rhythm). The combat was pretty basic, so if you were to spend more time working on this, you could improve that (add a dodge mechanic? Improve AI?).

Nice work!

Really fantastic music! I love it so much! I also really enjoyed the gameplay mechanics. The enemies were a little lacking in complexity or challenge, but I still enjoyed what short time I had with it due to the great music and mechanic idea. I hope you do a post-compo version of this!

Nice job, feels solid, and has a cool concept. I just wish that you could aim the sound waves. Since they come out the same direction you're facing normally you just need to stand still to kill the enemies. But overall great work :)

While the gameplay lacked a little, your music was GREAT. Very awesome job. The graphics were also a bit minimalist but they worked nicely with this game. So good work!

Loved the music and the way once it started the room started moving to it. Was a nice touch. The graphics are also great and I like that you included an ending screenshot.
