"Insomnia is a game about the difficulties someone who suffers from its namesake faces in day to day life. It's important to avoid anything that can make your insomnia worse, like stimulants and stress, but avoiding that can be hard work. In the game, your character needs to stop the enemies of the game from falling into the funnel with your gun that shoots Melatonin. When things fall into the tunnel, you wake up. The longer you can keep bad things from falling down, the more you fall back asleep. The goal of the game is to get as much sleep as possible in a night from 8PM to 6AM. Good luck!
The game is nice, tough i feel like i didn't understand exactly what I had to shoot or do, nothing seemed to die or be affected by my shots. On the other hand the mmovement felt nice, and the music is quite good too :D
I'm not sure the game is working. When I shot things like cigarettes or bugs, I got negative points. When I left them alone, I got negative points (when the bugs got to the middle).
I didn't find any way to NOT get negative points, so I didn't rate.
I feel like this game is trolling me, and you are self aware of the collision detection problems. If not, it was a great try. Also, I noticed that DW/Hank Hill in the centre. It was pretty damn funny, lol.
Bullets didn't seem to hit, so there was no winning the game. Everything else about it felt like it was coming together, audio, graphics, controls, etc, but very frustrating that it couldn't be won.
I got the Unity load screen but the progress bar never moved.
I didn't find any way to NOT get negative points, so I didn't rate.
