I played Chroma-2 last LD, and my distinct impression was "well, these guys have the artistic style down pat, but the gameplay is boring as hell. but they'll improve on the mechanics of their next LD entry!" As far as I can tell, these two games are practically identical.
You're really good musicians, and you're actually kind of funny. But if your audience is going to invest more than two minutes into a game that is passive-aggressively trying to give them a seizure, you need to polish the gameplay rather than the aesthetic.
Cool music and graphic, but next time learn how to dither gradients.
