THE MUSIC MAN CHRONICLES : THE LAST FESTIVAL by ocarson

[raw]

VIDEO : https://youtu.be/oi5rJSDQJoI

You are the last Music Man on earth, with the final boombox of truth.

Arrow keys To Move.

Z and X Change BoomBox Cassettes.

Fans like different types of music and will follow you or run away from you depending on your music choice.

Stop the MAN from destroying the 3 stages by rallying fans.

-------------------

Fans spawn from the left over time, but also, suits spawn from the right over time.
Suits can also parachute in randomly.

-------------------

NOTES

The balancing is all over the place, and when a large number of NPC's are about the game runs terribly, but I'm still incredibly proud of this myself, and I'm sure my team mates feel the same. There are the makings of a cool action / RTS hybrid in there somewhere that we might to dig deeper in to.

Gamepads are probably supported, probably.

The game is fun to play but it seems to be really laggy, and I have a relatively fast computer.

Yeah it's so unoptimized, I'm throwing around a whole bunch of rigidbodies in silly ways, hopefully it gets the concept over though.

interesting conecept. It's a little laggy, and I wasn't quite sure what was going on. That does not mean I did not like it.
