I loved the tension you were able to create by swarming the screen with monsters while the protagonist needed to do something as passive as praying. It was really impressive when I first saw God's foot come down and smash all the being beneath him. I thought it was a nice touch knowing that his own disciple could be crushed as well. I loved the attention to detail like the blood splatters and god's foot was rendered beautifully. Great job! However, the Windows and OS\/X builds are my original Ludum Dare builds with no modifications.\r\n\r\nLatest Build: http:\/\/www.newgrounds.com\/portal\/view\/656509\r\n###################\r\n\r\nThe Foot of God\r\nCreated by Mariano Martinez III\r\n\r\nInstructions:\r\nHelp the Priest collect the last 10 pages of his Bible and return home.\r\n\r\n## Controls\r\nA - Moves Left\r\nD - Moves Right\r\nSpace Bar - Charges your Prayer Bar\r\nLeft Click - God's Stomp\r\nRight Click or E - God's Warmth\r\n\r\n## Special Moves\r\nGod's Stomp:    When you've charged your Prayer Bar enough (at least one bar is yellow), you can release God's Stomp by Left-Clicking anywhere on the screen. God's Foot will crush all that's below it, including the Priest...so watch out!\r\n\r\nGod's Warmth:   When you've completely charged your Prayer Bar (all 3 bars are blue), you can release God's Warmth by Right-Clicking your mouse (or hitting the E button for Web Player users).  The warming rays will restore all lost hearts.\r\n\r\n## Collecting Bible Pages\r\nEach page is buried underground but can be identified by the sparkles above it.  To uncover a buried page, you must use God's Stomp on top of the marker.  Then the page will appear above ground and you can simply walk into it to collect it.\r\n\r\n## End Game\r\nYou Win -   Collect all 10 pages of the bible and return to your home (walk into the door)\r\n\r\nYou Lose -  You take more than 3 hearts worth of damage!\r\n\r\n## Tip\r\nWhite Arrows will appear on the left or right side of the screen to point you in the correct direction of the next Bible page if it's off screen.\r\n\r\nFOLLOW THE ARROWS!!!","title":"The Foot of God"}
