Tungsten Orbital Destroyer by runvs
In Tungsten Orbital Destroyer (TOD) you take control of a satellite, armed with deadly weapons. You must destroy enemy bases within a certain timeframe to save the world!
TOD offers some nice 3D Graphics combined with an awesome retro soundtrack. It was created for the LD32 GameJam in April 2015 by runvs (Julian Dinges and Simon Weis). Tools were Unity 5 as well as Cubase & SFXR for Sound and Aseprite/Blender for graphics

I liked it a lot. Movement on the sphere was very intuitive, which I could see it not being. Graphics were awesome. I think the problem you were running into with the webplayer is Unity's default quality settings for webplayer, which is set to fastest. You can change those in Edit > Project Settings > Quality.
Next time don't forget to make a Linux standalone! There is no Unity web player for Linux.
