Nuke 'Em Ants

Super-giant radioactive ants are destroying humanity.
Nuke them from the orbit!

Controls:
Left mouse button: clean radioactivity
Right mouse button: rotate globe
Left + Right mouse buttons: launch nuke at mouse cursor.
Escape: exit

Tips:
Avoid nuking population centers, prefer nuking over oceans.
Ants spawn from radioactive zones, remove them asap.
Nuking creates new radioactive zones, clean them before moving on or more ants will spawn.

Good luck saving humanity!

I don't understand why sometimes when I clean radioactivity it pops up elsewhere?

An ok idea that I feel was let down by lack of polish and wonky controls. Using left and right click in conjunction isn't very tight. I would've made it so that holding left click rotates the Earth and removes radiation, so that the player can rotate the Earth while they're clicking on a radiation symbol. It removes thinking time and frees the right mouse button to be the launch nuke button.

Really cool graphics, simple gameplay (a bit too simple maybe?), loving the nuke effect. A bit off-theme maybe?

That could be fun but there is some things that don't work IMO.

I would recommend using right click to nuke, and left click to move earth, this is usually done like that.

Also, the game could be fun if it was well balanced, here stuff happen randomly and in seconds you understand that you will lose anyway.
Paramaters that are doing this are condition and frequency of enemies generation.

Last thing, when the game finish, you can still play and it's kind of weird.

Fun game. I'm too slow to win it, but I had a nice time playing it.

The explosions look nice although the flash is a bit too bright. Didn't have a lot of fun (there are no clear goals or even points). No sound/music ruins the mood.

Nice gameplay mechanic which could easily be expanded on in a full game. Lovely smooth controls and visuals too. It's a shame you didn't get to add sounds as I think a few effects would have gone a long way. Good work!

Nuking is not a very unconventional weapon. Giant ants are certainly unconventional enemies though! You should check out "First Strike", it's a game with similar ideas to yours, it might inspire you to continue on this game.

The ants in my kitchen don't go into water. Just sayin' :)

I like the Earth :)
