Good weapons, neat how they work together. I wasn't a fan of the pallette, but it works. A bit of simple audio would have made this top notch.

Dude, what is up with your color palette? :P

Really nice game. Excellent fit to the theme and great game overall. Not a big fan of the graphics but it worked.

This is a great game! Well done!
My only issue is I think the old phone stopped working in the middle of a level. It would kill trolls with one hit at first then it wouldn't later in the level.
Great work! Keep it up!

Fits perfectly with the theme! Cool mechanics by the way! If you keep working on it, you will have a fresh and nice tower defense! Keep working on it!

Neat little game, though it really could've used some sounds.

Really strong theming and graphics, I like 80s DOS aesthetic and hideous palette. I didn't find the gameplay particularly interesting but you kept me for 5 rounds because I wanted to know what all the different item types were. I liked how the function of each item was not immediately apparent until you used it.

The game is fun, this according to the theme and works very well.

This is excellent. I loved the variety of surprising weapons & enemies. The way things are presented via treasure chests and inventory screens is droll.

The color choices are a little sadistic but OK for this short game. I dig the Spectrum style.

Alas, the CGA color palette. How I've missed you. Nice castle defense game, great job.

pretty interesting game! i thought the color choice was neat. the different weapons were nice, though the phone never worked right for me so i never used it, and since there were only 6 weapon options i didnt really have trouble choosing 5. Otherwise i thought it was fun! my score was 66563.

The game runs well, I found using the items abit fiddly, perhaps if you had a way to have an item selected so that each click would use that item, as opposed to dragging it onto the screen. Overall a great idea with the use of many unconventional weapons

Good job! Love how the punk visuals fit the slanted humour. I was compelled to complete the stages to find out what the next weapon did.

The controls in the battle itself were a little cumbersome (at least with my trackpad). I would have like hotkeys for the weapons and an explicit cooldown counter.

Nice idea to use the map- a quick and efficient way to create a sense of place and progress.

Lots of content here, must have taken alot of time creating all the effects.

The dragging mechanic is a bit tiresome, wish you could just click the ground to place it.

Haha, those were some GREAT weapons. Very funny. Good take on the theme.

Some noises would have been nice, but I had fun playing too.

I scored 71573. It was an awesome game! I missed sound effects though and also a description of what each item does.

Conrastulations, you won!
One of my favourite games of the jam. So simple, yet well executed and very fun to play. The weapons had nice variety, enough so that there was actual strategy in using them. Good job!

Amusing game. Simple concept but works pretty well. Nice use of the old CGA style palette, perhaps you should have kept the resolution at 320x200 for added authenticity! Good stuff overall.

Really cool game-especially the content of it. I liked the fact that you could choose your weapons and that they each had unique powers (though I felt the shovel was a little too good and the mushrooms just bought you some time), mainly because that isn't something I have seen anywhere else. However, the lack of music hurt the feeling of the game and the art really could have used a bit more time/detail.

Cool game though!

I'm impressed!
Very nice game-play, had nostalgic feel to it, cool drawings.
Wish it didn't restart from the beginning when I died, but I guess I shouldn't die :)
