The mechanics seem pretty solid. I did have a slight issue with when the mummies basically spawn camped the workers at certain points.

This is a clever game, though it might work better with marginally more predictable pathing for the workers. They'd often bunch up and just not go anywhere, which was more frustrating than fun. Very clever idea though, I think it's worth exploring more.

Very cool idea. Made me think of playing with ants as a kid, trying to direct them.

It's pretty hard, and I'd agree with feeeholdgames that it would be more fun if everyone were a little more predictable.

Great idea, though, and cleanly executed.

This can just go on forever can't it? I feel like there should be some pressure either with a time limit or a more strict limit of people. I'll never lose!

I really like the idea, I just wish the people would be more clever at getting to the top! (lol) The graphics are really good, and I really dig the music. Neat!

Sweeet. Like the concept. The biggest thing for me is when I would place a rock right in front of a mummy and he would walk right through it cause he was "technically" on the square. If that was fixed would have made the fun factor x5. It has a lot of potential! Keep working on it! :)

This is a very well put together game. Its very complete and polished. The music is very well done. Is it original for the jam? The flower dance is pretty great. The sound effects are nice and subtle. Its easy and fun to play and to listen to.

Thank you all for the kind comments!

Yep, the pathfinding had gone through numerous variations, hunting for a fun "sneaky" feel. Needs more love.

Good luck everyone with your entries!

The game seems very polished. I did have a problem with mummies staying near the entrances, preventing new friendlies from escaping, then building up their ranks until I couldn't control them. While this might be a part of gameplay, it seems not fun; there seems like there should be another mechanic in place to counter this. Overall, though, great game!

I think it would help if the workers and mummies spawn in from different places. Often times the random number generator makes you life hard when trying to get mummies or workers to go a specific way. Overall a very solid fun game though

Placing the obstacles was difficult, as sometimes mummies would walk onto rocks just placed. Perhaps create some logic for placing rocks onto of enemies? For example, if I place a rock on in a location the same instance a mummy is there, the mummy changes directions? Great artwork though, and interesting idea overall.

Nice artwork, and interesting game mechanics. I did manage to break it a bit: I found that if I quarantined two mummies off to one side, no more would spawn and my workers could freely and safely move about indefinitely. Other than that, though, it was a very fun game.

It's annoying that the moves of the mummies and workers is totally unpredictable. I even had workers that would stay on their entry square and not move at all... Could have been interesting otherwise.

Very nice game! On a restart sometimes the workers got stuck for no reason. The music is great. :)

Pretty neat, but quite difficult! The gameplay really moves too fast to keep track of. But there's definitely some strategy involved. The graphics are awesome, too.

Very fun, and fits the theme quite well! I had a few issues with rock placement not working quite right, but overall I really liked the game. Nice actiony puzzly game!

Well rounded mechanic.
I wish I could pause because there is too much things going on.
I would like to be able to click on a stone to remove it. Sometimes the characters ignore stones and just pass.

Graphics are really good and it's a great idea, but the AI is wonky as hell. I actually had 3 guys that downright refused to turn around and continuously walked into a boulder for over a minute before a mummy finally put them out of their misery. It would be nice if the guys were a little less random with their movements.

I also thought it was a little cheap that my guys would get caught by a mummy literally the instant they spawned, there should be some kind of notification of where they will spawn so I can move the mummies away.

As someone stated in another comment though, all of this is pretty moot when you just put boulders in this formation.

This makes it so everything has to go through the plant room, so that you can let the game sit forever and no mummies will ever get through.
