Stand and Deliver by ArthG

made by ArthG for LD32 (JAM)
You're a sentient mailbox, you've been tasked with a special mission: Deliver letters addressed to US Senators from concerned citizens. Watch out for lobbyists, they'll try to intercept your letters! Only letters delivered directly to the senator will count!

Avoid touching the lobbyists, and don't waste your letters on them.

Dispatching a regular envelopes reduces your letter count by 1, a manila envelope reduces it by 5.

Your goal is to get as many letters to the Senator before you run out.

This is a very weird game, but somehow I've played it the longest so far. I'm not sure what the "win" condition is, or why we seem to be flying backwards, but I like it.

Fun game but yes, what we have to do isn't very clear because there is no score system or lose system... But nice playing it !

I feel like this is a social commentary, but I'll be damned if I can figure out what it is.

I like the idea of letters to senators as a weapon, but I never understood when I should shoot leters. Was the big meeple the senator? And how do I know how many letters I have? Not enough visual feedback.

Fun game, but the instruction cold have been more clear. First level could have been a bit easier so that the player could figure it out.
