Vampshire by Aggrathon
DESCRIPTION:
In this game you take the role of a vampire mayor (why go running after food when you can invite it to live nextdoor?)
Build your own All-You-Can-Eat Vampire-resturant... I mean peaceful countryside town.
You will have to manage money, resources, reputation and your own hunger.
UI TIP:
In the top-right corner you will find a mute-button, a help-button and an exit-button.
TOOLS USED:
Unity, Gimp, Inkscape, Audacity, Bosca Ceoil
UNITY WEBPLAYER USERS:
If you are using a development version of the webplayer you will see some error-messages, but these are just warning about a possibility that never actually happens (you can safely close that window).

the graphics are very nice and clean. Not sure if it fits the theme :s but a cool game nevertheless.

- Don't front-load us with the tutorial. There's no way we can remember all that information.
- Don't let us spend more money than we have. There are already 2 other lose conditions that work fine. It feels bad when we have to start over because a preventable mistake.
- Give us a warning when we're running low on something important
These points only bother me because the game has so much potential, and I would love to play a complete version.
It didn't seem like it was completely finished -- I had sheep pastures producing wool, but the tailor wasn't using them... and I never had silver or iron, so the blacksmith and jeweler never did anything. It might have been better if those options / resources had just been left off completely.
Once I had hunted enough times, I knew the "right" answer for all of the different scenarios, so it basically became a balancing reputation vs. strength game at the end. It would've been nice to see some randomness thrown in -- like, sometimes yelling at the thief works, and sometimes it doesn't.
Overall, very impressive that you were able to get something like this done in 48 hours!

The graphics and the music create a nice ambient.
